THE WORK. The service includes everything that is explicitly listed in the "Details of work" field. Corollary, it does not understand what is not explicit in the same field.

ORDER FORM & BEGINNING OF WORK. The quotation and the Terms and Conditions signed by the customer serve as an order form. This must be accompanied by the payment of 30% of the total price of the services to be provided. The work will begin when all the documents (quotations and GTC signed, 30% of the total amount paid) and graphic and textual documentary elements necessary for the good realization of the contract, will be at the disposal of the Graphic Designer. The order form is valid for a period of one month from the date of issue, beyond Sanna Ferin reserves the right to modify its prices.


INVOICING & PAYMENT. All prices are in Euros. T.V.A. not applicable, article 293b of the CGI. Payment shall be made not later than the 30th day following the date of invoice (C. Com., Art L. 441-6, para. 2), unless otherwise agreed by agreement between the two parties and appearing on the invoice. Amended by the Law of 15 May 2001). Any delay in payment may give rise to late payment penalties without a reminder, at the rate of 10% of the total invoice per month of delay (fight against late payment / Article 53 of the NRE) Lump-sum compensation of 75 Euros (C. Com., Art. D441-5). Payments by bank transfer or check payable to "Sanna Ferin". No discount if prepaid.

CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. It is necessary to send the Graphic Designer all the client files (texts, fonts and images, even from third parties, free of rights) if possible before the beginning of the creation. The texts are to be supplied in electronic format and typographed without spelling mistakes; No text input will be performed. The Customer must maintain a valid e-mail address, telephone number and postal address.


AMENDMENT OF INITIAL APPLICATION BY CUSTOMER & OVERTIME HOURS. Any new creation to be realized will be the subject of a new estimate quote. If the modifications, alterations or resumptions of the creations provided for in your quotation result in an intervention: the duration of which is clearly excessive in relation to the time normally required for the creation of creations, the nature of which tends to modify significantly the creations proposed in the Quotation, / requires the processing of the source files in order to make them workable to realize the creations, invoicing per hour, on the basis of 50 euros / hour, will be established. A work requested in a particularly short time or on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or at night (between 8 pm and 9 am the following morning), will be subject to a surcharge of 90 Euros / hour.

ACCOMPT & CANCELLATION OF ORDER. In the event of termination of the contract by the Client or the Graphic Designer, the Customer undertakes formally to regularize and remunerate the amounts relating to the current calendar, to the posts realized or in progress, as well as to the additional services performed . All copyrights remain the exclusive and entire property of the Contractor, except for the data provided by the Client. The source files and data created and used by the Provider can not therefore be claimed by the Client without a financial contribution. The models, and more generally, all the original works, remain the property of the Provider, as well as the projects refused. These documents must be returned undamaged and at his request.
The deposit already paid will remain vested by the Provider, constituting a compensation for the work undertaken.

INCAPACITY OF WORK. In the event of incapacity for work, due to illness or accident, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to modify the current calendar without the Customer being able to demand the payment of indemnities. It is agreed that the Graphic Designer must notify the Customer as of the first working day of her disability.

RIGHT OF ADVERTISING. The Graphic Designer/Sanna Ferin reserves the right to mention the realizations carried out for the Client on her external communication and advertising documents (website, portfolio, etc ...) and during sales prospecting.
